Robert Mondragon: Who Is He? Florida Man Arrested For placing Dead Animals on Parkland Memorial
On Friday, September 3, 2022, the Broward Sheriff’s Office made the arrest of a man who has a worrisome fixation with the Parkland school shooting. This news was published by the Broward Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was made by the Threat Management Unit (TMU) of the local police department. On August 4, Robert Zildjian Mondragon was taken into custody following a lengthy search for the person who was responsible for vandalising the memorials that had been constructed in honour of the victims of the horrific shooting that had taken place at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland.

Robert Mondragon
A Florida man named Robert Mondragon was detained for allegedly dumping dead animals on the Parkland Memorial.
It is alleged that he disposed of a dead raccoon, a dismembered duck, and the carcass of an opossum by placing them on a seat in the MSD Memorial Garden, which is located in close proximity to the high school. The first occurrence took place when a crossing guard at a school found a dead duck on a bench in the memorial garden. The bench was located in the garden. The following day, July 21, the same security guard found a dead raccoon that had been left there on the exact same bench. On July 31, ten days after the initial discovery, a deputy found the dead body of an opossum sitting on the same bench.
These frightening finds were connected in some way to a white Nissan sedan that was shown on a surveillance camera driving by the garden. The camera had captured the vehicle as it passed by. In the course of several minutes, the footage shows a man walking up to the memorial, paying his respects, and then leaving the site. At a late hour on Sunday night, a BSO deputy assigned to the Parkland district discovered a white Nissan with black rims or tyres but no hubcaps and pulled the vehicle over. According to the witness, Mondragon was the owner of the car and could be seen sitting inside of it surrounded by blood, feathers, and a dead bird. The man, who was 29 years old, was confronted with the question of why he had a dead bird in his vehicle.
When asked the same question, the man responded by stating that he enjoys the scent of metal and blood that emanates from the dead animal. After that, his phone was searched, and the results led to even more horrible discoveries. These facts all point toward the formation of another person who commits acts of mass shooting. In addition to one crime of violating a risk protection order, Mondragon was charged with three counts of removing a tomb or monument, five acts of violence of probation for battery and indecent exposure, and one count of removing a tomb or monument without permission.
A search of Robert Mondragon’s gory automobile, his photo gallery and text messages, as well as his web search history, have all led in the direction of a very dark direction, one of a potential mass shooter in the making. The authorities also discovered text messages that discussed school shootings, and his internet search history was mostly focused on topics such as school shooters, a shooting that involved victims, pipe bombs, how to break through steel doors, and slang terms for killing police officers.
Charges Against Robert Mondragon
Mondragon was charged with three counts of removing a tomb or monument, five acts of violence of probation for battery and indecent exposure, and one count of removing a tomb or monument without permission. He was also accused of breaking a risk protection order, which is a crime.
Searches of Robert Mondragon’s bloody car, photo gallery, text messages, and web search history have all pointed in the same very dark direction, that of a potential mass shooter in the making. The police also found text messages that talked about school shootings. Most of his internet searches were about school shooters, a shooting with victims, pipe bombs, how to break through steel doors, and slang terms for killing police officers.
On Friday, September 3, 2022, the Broward Sheriff’s Office released information about the arrest of a man who was obsessed with the school shooting in Parkland, Florida, in 2018. The local police department’s Threat Management Unit (TMU) is in charge of making the arrest.
Robert Zildjian Mondragon was arrested on August 4 after a long search for the person who defaced the memorials set up in memory of the people who died in the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, on February 14, 2018.
People say he left a dead raccoon, a decomposing opossum, and a hurt duck on a seat in the MSD Memorial Garden, which is next to the high school.
In a press release, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said the following: “A Broward man has been charged with multiple crimes after he allegedly put the bodies of dead animals on a monument in Parkland. Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office have said that their investigation has also shown that the suspect is very interested in mass shootings in schools, which is very scary.
The first thing that happened was that a school crossing guard found the body of a duck that had been killed and cut up on a bench in the memorial garden. The bird had been there for quite a while. On July 21, the next day, the same guard found a dead raccoon on the same bench.
Ten days after the first discovery, on July 31, a deputy found the dead body of an opossum on the same bench.
These scary discoveries were linked to a white Nissan car that was seen near the garden on security footage. The video was shot from a spot near the garden. During the video, it was possible to make out a man who went into the memorial and then came out of it.
Late on Sunday night, a BSO Parkland district deputy found the white Nissan with black wheels or tyres and no hubcaps and pulled it over. The vehicle was missing its hubcaps.
Mondragon, who was sitting in the car and was surrounded by feathers, blood, and a dead bird, said that he owned the car. When asked why there was a dead bird in his car, the 29-year-old man said:
“He liked the way the dead animal smelled of metal and blood,” you might say.
His search history on the internet and on his phone led to even more horrible discoveries, all of which point to the formation of another person who commits mass shootings.
Mondragon was charged with one count of breaking a risk protection order, three counts of removing or changing a tomb or monument, and five counts of breaking his probation for violence and indecent exposure.
Officers thought that if Mondragon was allowed to stay out on the streets, he would do something similar to what happened in Parkland in 2018;
A search of Robert Mondragon’s bloody car, his photos, text messages, and web search history all pointed in the same very dark direction: the way of a possible mass shooter.
The police found text messages that talked about school shootings, and his internet search history was mostly about school shootings, how to break into steel doors, shootings with multiple victims, pipe bombs, and slang terms for killing police officers. The police also found text messages in which people talked about how to break through steel doors.
Robert Z. Mondragon has a long list of crimes on his record, including attacking a police officer. The local police know him well. Since he has spent a lot of time in and out of jail over the past few years, Sheriff Gregory Tony is begging the courts and elected leaders to take this person away from the public.

Robert Mondragon
Gregory Tony, a spokesman for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, told reporters:
“He is a great candidate in every category that will be presented. Good luck has helped us, but luck alone is not a plan. We were able to catch him and take him off the streets. He is the most dangerous person we’ve ever found.”
A new investigation has shown that before the end of the 2021-22 school year, Mondragon had obsessively followed the path taken by Nikolas Cruz, the 2018 Parkland school shooter, after he left the school grounds and walked to a nearby Walmart. Cruz was the person who started the school shooting in 2018.
People also say that his facial tattoos remind them of Tate Langdon, a character from the TV show American Horror Story that is based on the massacre at Columbine High School.
When will Robert Mondragon be free?
Robert Mondragon is being held in jail without the chance of getting out on bail.
On Friday, police in Florida said they had arrested a man for putting dead animals at a memorial for the Parkland school shooting victims. He was crazy about school shootings and had strange tattoos on his face that looked like skeletons.
On July 20, officials at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School told Fox News that a 29-year-old man named Robert Mondragon dumped a dismembered duck in the school’s memorial garden. The tattoos on Mondragon look like those on a “American Horror Story” serial killer.
The station said that later, Mondragon went back to the shrine to get rid of the bodies of a dead raccoon and possum there. In his creepy picture, he also has a wild mullet like the Flock of Seagulls.
When Mondragon’s white Nissan was stopped on July 31 for tinting the windows too darkly, the officer said he saw bird feathers and blood on the passenger side floorboard.
A police report said that Mondragon told the deputy that he had the dead bird in his car because he likes “the metal and blood smell that comes from the dead animal.” “Mondragon told the officer that the dead bird was in his car.”
After more research, it was found that Mondragon had posed with the dead animals on his phone, and there was also video of his car parked near the memorial.
The investigation also found that Mondragon’s tattoos might be a reference to Tate Langdon’s face skull makeup from the TV show “American Horror Story,” even though it looks more like a zombie raccoon on Mondragon.
On July 20, a school crossing guard saw a duck with a hole in its stomach sitting on a bench at the memorial. The next day, there was a raccoon sitting there. The authorities say that ten days later, the dead opossum was found at the scene.
Nikolas Cruz is accused of killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018. His trial for the death penalty began on July 18. Animal bodies were allegedly thrown away just a few days after the trial started.
